I was standing at the edge of the pool, looking down at the blue water. The pool was full of laughing children. The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and here I was, scared of the water. Scared to jump in. I was filled with fear. If fear was a hat, I’d take it off, stomp on it, and jump in the pool. But it wasn’t that easy.
Have you ever felt this way? Scared to do something that you really want to, but can’t bring yourself to do it? It could be anything, from approaching a woman you like, applying for a job you want, asking for a raise, or moving out on your own for the first time. I slowly learned to overcome fear by convincing myself that fear was never going to stop me from doing anything, ever again. To do this, I had to use the 5 methods that I explain in this video. I they can help you too!
