Today I’m thankful for: Quick Seats.
At the DC BBQ Battle on Sunday, I saw a man on the corner surrounded by tiny black seats, called Quick Seats. I’ve been looking to get myself a tiny seat (no, seriously) so I had to check it out.
He proceeded to show me how to fold up the seat, and let me hold it to see how light it was to carry.
It folds up to the size of a book!
The seller (inventor? named Hayes) claims it can hold up to 550 pounds, which is a huge claim. It’s sturdy enough for Kim to sit on, which is good enough for me!
Even better, the guy sold them for $12 each, or 2 for $20. And now I have a new seat when I have to photograph events from a low angle. SICED!
