Today I’m thankful for: Panera’s Fuju Apple Chicken Salad. I love it. Usually without onions and tomatoes, but it comes on a bed of spring greens with chicken, fuji apple chips, gorgonzola cheese and pecans. And this yummy sweet fuji apple dressing. It’s the healthiest and yummiest thing I can eat for lunch, so I could eat it almost every day and not get tired of it.
