When I turn to MSNBC, CNN, or just watch the general news lately, I frequently see this man speaking in Congress or Meet the Press:

Democratic Senator Carl Levin of Michigan. He’s been speaking a lot lately because he strongly backed the healthcare reform bill, amongst other plans of President Obama, which is great. But when I see him speak, all I can think of is his uncanny resemblance to Danny Devito’s Penguin from Batman Returns.

What’s even funnier is that when I looked up photos of Carl Levin, I came across these two, through no creation of my own. Ironic, no?

Although I can’t say I agree with this “resemblance” to Dick Morris:

Oh well. Even if he does look like Batman’s nemesis, he’s a good guy in my book,
